Welcome to GenCodify Studio. We develop fast-paced, viral, and kid-friendly mobile videogames (including the 6-7 tap battle app, Tap Clash). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our players, especially children.

This Privacy Policy explains how we treat information when you install and play our games, or visit our website.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our games are designed to be family-friendly and safe for players of all ages, including children under the age of 13.

No Personal Collection: We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit any personal identification information (such as name, address, email, or telephone number) from children under 13.
COPPA Compliance: We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). All interactive features (such as local Bluetooth dueling and matchmaking) are anonymous.

3. Information We Collect

We do not require you to provide personal information to play our games. Any data used is strictly functional and anonymous:

Local Save Data: In-game progression, coin balances, trophy count, skin theme configurations, and upgrade levels are saved locally on your device. Clearing your app cache will erase this progression.
Anonymous Matchmaking: If you use our online queue features, our servers register a temporary, anonymous user identifier (UID) to assign you to a game room. We do not store personal details (such as names or Google/Apple accounts) inside our public matchmaking collections.
Device Info: We may collect non-personal device information (such as operating system version or model) to assist with customer support and game optimization.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize reliable third-party tools to support app functionalities:

Google Firebase: Used for secure, real-time database functions for matchmaking and leaderboard scores. Firebase processes data in accordance with their privacy standards.
Capacitor Plugins: Local Bluetooth access is used solely for peer-to-peer connection for dueling (Bluetooth Duels) and does not transmit data outside the local connection.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your local device data. You can delete your game state at any time by resetting your progress in the settings tab of our games, or by uninstalling the application.
